Finally!!!! My History subject is over! Yay!!! As you can probably see, I HATED it. It took so long to do before, but not anymore!!! Anyways, that's about all I have to say. TTFN!
Yay---I was never fond of doing history from books, either. You should try reading biographies and stuff like that---it would really help you understand things better. Coming up with fun little rhyms is good, too.
Such as this lovely one about Henry VIII's wives..."Divorced, beheaded, died; divorced, beheaded, survived.
Yay!!!! Congratulations on finishing your history book -- the year is certainly flying by!!!!! I could find another for you if you wanted me to - ha ha.....I'd stick with morena's idea and read biographies instead - much more interesting way to learn about history!!!
Living history is preferable to reading about it. Put on your coat and hat, get on your horse and go explore the world. Anyone can STUDY history, few of us can actually MAKE history. As Larry The Cable Guy says: "Get 'er done."
History just was never one of my favorite subjects....I think you know what I think of historical places also....you might remember the Valley Forge vs Louis Vuitton story from a few summers ago:):):):)......I am sure you did very well in history...you are a very smart person:):)
