I always love the Spongebob lines.
Well, it appears that I broke my promise of posting on Christmas day. I appologize. I got kind of carried away on Christmas. I know I shouldn't have, but I did.
Speaking of Christmas, did you all have a good one? I did. That could quite possibly be because of this, this,
this (although it isn't the same color. Mine's black), this, this (albeit a copy from my sister's place of employment. It was a family gift.), this, this, a book about the Masons, a cutlass (a real one, mind you, not the plastic variety), a Brewers stocking ornament, two packs of Pokemon cards, a deck of playing cards, a slinky (jr.), a Jack Sparrow ornament, and a couple of Target gift cards. Wow.
But I do find myself worrying that I don't fully grasp the nature of Christmas, or just don't pay attention to it. I try my hardest to be a good Catholic, but I sometimes lose sight of the holines and sacredness of these sorts of things. That's why I was going to post on Christmas, but I didn't, because I lost sight of its true meaning. I appologize.
Also, I decided that I am going to go along with that "Post 'Merry Christmas' in different languages" thing. You might not like it, but it's my blog, so I don't care. Stand back and be amazed by my powers of linguistics.
Chinese-simp: 圣诞快乐
Chinese-trad: 聖誕快樂
Dutch: Vrolijke Kerstmis
French: Joyeux Noël
German: Frohe Weihnachten
Greek: Καλά Χριστούγεννα
Italian: Natale allegro
Japanese: メリークリスマス
Korean: 즐거운 성탄
Portugese: Christmas Alegre
Russian (Run, Morena. Run!!!): Веселое Рождество
Spanish: Feliz Navidad
Ok, so I used a translator site and copied-and-pasted, but same dif.
But all these words, in all thes different tongues, mean only one thing: no matter what language you speak, have a merry and blessed Christmas season.
Good night.

Always enjoy reading what you write and I look forward to your postings. Didn't know there were that many ways to say Merry, Merry. However, you denied your own ethnicity when you left out Gaelic and Polish.
Polish: Wesolych Swiat!
Gaelic: Nollaig chridheil agus Bliadhna mhath ùr!
Aint Google wonderful?
Thanks for the post!!! We will all excuse you for not posting on Christmas - I am sure that you tried your hardest to keep the sacredness of the day in mind!!! When you list things that way it does seem that you had a profitable Christmas haul - hope you enjoyed it all!!! I loved the different languages and I agree with Ojava but now that you explained to me why....thanks again--loved the post!!!!
I was going to do that.
I had a great Christmas. One of my favorite gifts was th "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" DVD you gave me.
